What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. How much does coaching cost?
During your free consultation, Valery will ask questions to surface a shared understanding of your needs and the coaching package that is right for you. Packages typically run for from a few months months to a year and pricing reflects the nature of the coaching partnership. A four-month package that includes regular coaching sessions, email check ins, and a follow up momentum session is typically in the $1,600 range. Single coaching sessions are also available.
If you work for an employer with a learning and development budget Valery will support you to request that they cover the cost of all / part of your coaching engagement.
