The Accessible Price is for you as an individual if you meet all of the following criteria: low or unstable income to meet your basic needs, limited savings, and limited expendable income for things like entertainment and / or travel. If your employer is paying for your participation, the Accessible Price is for an employer that meets all of the following criteria: a non-profit or charitable organization, revenue less than $300K, no (or very limited) reserve fund.

Important dates

Group coaching sessions will take place online on the following dates:

• Wednesday October 25, 2023
• Wednesday November 8, 2023
• Wednesday November 22, 2023
• Wednesday December 6, 2023

All group coaching sessions will be held between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm EST.

Individual, one-on-one Kick-off coaching sessions will be available for booking during the week of October 16, 2023.

Individual, one-on-one Momentum coaching sessions will be available for booking during the week of December 11, 2023.

Tiered Pricing Inquiries

Valery Navarrete is a BIWOC-business owner who offers tiered pricing as an act of resistance against the economic oppression many racialized women with intersectional identifies face. Valery has designed the components and tiered pricing of The Circle to create a world where coaching is available to a broader range of individuals as she believes deeply in the value coaching offers to those who access it.

The creation of The Circle as a group coaching cohort itself is also an act of resistance given the reality that the existence of leadership development programs designed for (not just open to) women of colour has been both historically, and is currently insufficient.
